How can a worm turn into a plant?

How can a worm turn into a plant?

What is an insect in the winter and a plant in the summer?

Give up, it’s Cordyceps, a prized fungus used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for a balancing Yin and Yang energy in the body.

in HAVN LIFE’s  Cordyceps Perform, you will get 60 capsules In Vegetarian capsules, gluten free, non- GMO and vegan.

Recommended dosage take 2 a day, so this is one month supply.

What is Codyceps?

Cordyceps is a parasitic fungi that grows on the larvae of caterpillars, often referred to as the caterpillar fungus.

Lab studies show that cordyceps can stimulate immune cells, help relax blood vessels, improving circulation and deliver energy to the muscles.

Why I am interested?

I had been fascinated with this wormy looking fungus as a child, I know it as it is called dong chong xia cao in Chinese, which translates to “winter worm, summer grass”. None of my family could explain how a caterpillar can become a fungus, eventually I forgot about it until my interest in healing herbs sparked me to looked it up.

Animal studies suggest that  Cordyceps can stimulate progesterone production and reduce kidney toxicity, as someone with a history of diabetes that led to renal failure, I was naturally drawn to learn more about this.

Known as kidney yang tonic, Cordyceps can increase the availability of qi ( breathe) to both the lungs and kidneys.

Some studies in kidney transplant patients suggest cordyceps can help improve kidney function, but more study is needed.

Cordyceps has blood-thinning effects an may also reduce blood sugar levels.

Always consult your healthcare provider with any new supplement.

Cordyceps is also one of the FOUR medicinal ingredients in the MIND MUSHROOM blend by HAVNLIFE

Cordyceps Perform is another one of HAVN LIFE ’s dedication in harnessing the healing power of adaptogenic medicinal mushroom to support our immune system
