Always be kind to others!

Always be kind to others!

Always  be kind to others! Especially if they have memory problems due to brain injuries,  Dementia,  or Alzheimers Disease or other types of memory loss that can stem from stress or anxiety issues and even PSTD.  It is not their fault.

Thankfully there is a medicinal mushroom called Lion's Mane from @yourhavnlifethat may help speed up recovery from injuries to the brain.

👍Lion's Mane is an antioxidant that helps fight free radical damage in cells, helping protect them from further damage.

👍It is anti-inflammatory as well and many age related memory loss diseases are shown to be caused by inflammation in the brain.

👍Lion's Mane also has immune boosting properties  and research has shown success with many cognitive disorders like Parkinson's disease and Alzheimers disease.

👍Studies have shown that Lion's  Mane improves cognitive function from ADHD, to Alzheimers to traumatic brain injuries.

💛I have watched my Father in law decline with Alzheimers disease and it was really difficult to watch and the feeling of helplessness was always present.  My own mom suffered a stroke a few years ago and her memory has never been the same since. It's as though I have a completley different mother now. I love that #havnlife has focused research on brain related diseases and has 7 different supplements that may help with cognitive function and mental health issues.

Lion's Mane has been used in herbal medicine to support brain health and memory.

If you are struggling with memory loss this may be something that might interest you.

I read a report last year that stated that every person over the age of 65 has some sort of memory decline due to aging.  It is something that stuck with me and everytime I forget something it is a reminder to take this amazing supplement.

I am using it myself right now as I am very happy to support my brain health.

Please consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant,  nursing or if you are taking blood thinners. Lion's Mane may have a diuretic effect.
